Wrap for mobile UI

Splitting this out into a new ticket to track. The landing page for PredictMod doesn't wrap when viewing it on a phone (see image below).

This will require at least a couple of days investment to implement a workaround, if possible at all. I've now spent a couple of hours trying alternatives, and wrapping is tightly constrained.

Keeping text center-justified and center-aligned conflicts with the text wrapping directives that are available from this JS framework, as best I can tell.

To address, we may have to reconsider how the PredictMod image + logo combination appear across the entire platform. We can discuss more later.
