Update buygdclone to work with glo and mento reserve

Motivation

Was created to work with cusd/G$ pools now the main pools are cusd/G$ in reserve or glousd/G$ in uniswap

Details

• update to convert cusd->glo->G$
• initialize oracle for cusd/glo glo/g$
• add also option to buy G$ from mento reserve with cusd if expected return > minAmount
• add e2e test on Celo fork
  • verify oracle minAmount makes sense for cusd->glo->g$
