Add options to "IgnoreTitleCase", "IGNORECAPSWORDS", and "ignoreVariableNames" #23
Description
As an editor I want to be able to ignore certain word formats (like CAPITLISEDWORDS, TitleCaseWords, and variableNameWords) so that these are not spell checked.
