How to use K-NN in the prediction results?

Hi, I want to use HydDB to predict the hydrogenase class, but I don't know after the HMM searching how to use K-NN to reclassify them (just like the original HydDB website service). Could you please help me out?

Hi, unfortunately we don't have a convenient standalone K-NN tool that recreates the HydDB classification yet. The code is in the HydDB webserver source code (see the classifier.py file here). However, it uses a very outdated version of Python and only runs from within the Django app. We want to rewrite the classifier into a convenient standalone CLI tool/script. This is on our long to-do list for improving our labs computational workflows. Apologies about that. Hope to get it out sooner rather than later.
