Ensure that lover message is not missed #666

Hii, so some people like me may have notification off due to joining many channel and using mute and unmute for priorities.
Or maybe just have telegram notifications off for peace.
So I got warned (lost last life) in veteran group because I shoot my lover. I opened bot DM and I had shoot options. I miss to see lover message because my lover name was not highlighted (name was normal text and not mention so it wasn't blue)
We can have some hearts emoji or gif to make it more attractive.
I know reason why lover player name was just text and not mention.
It's because telegram not allow mentioning user outside groups they are in if they have link to forwarding off
