Remove repository library #8
Description
User Story
As a Source Code Inventory contributor, I want to remove repository libraries that I proposed so that the full set of repositories contained in the library are no longer included in the inventory.
Acceptance Criteria
When a repository library is removed, all the associated repositories are removed from the inventory. The feature to remove a repository library is only presented to users that originally proposed the repository library and to Source Code Inventory managers.
