[1.1.0] Wing Flapping Bug

I said that the nadder wings were not flaping but i just noticed that sometimes it works and sometimes it dont.

And i made a texture to fix the wings in the upper part

They should only be working when moving, this happens with the terror as well

but sometimes the nadder is flying and it dont flap wings

The issue is much worse then described, it may also be linked to erratic wing flapping
