No time limit error if waiting for data to be fetched is taking long!

I was using HOPE (such a fantastic product) and everything was fine then I attempted to evaluate one of my repositories but it takes too long to fetching data and there wasn't any error on the screen but it didn't get any data for me. I think it would be cool if there was a time limit error or something like that to popped up on my window so that I understand that there was a problem with fetching data.
