Display polygons in place of circle 

Hello , Thanks For this wonder full sample  , i was finding the way to change the shape of displayed dots on my map screen , somewhat like shown in the below link :-

It's my requirement , Can you please help me out in this , Please let me know the way to change the dots to described polygons
