GPS connection

In order for the PC to recognise the GPS module the firmware of the electronics has to be loaded. This is not clear to users. Clarify in the docs that for HiSPARC III electronics the HiSPARC DAQ has to be started to load the firmware, which is required for DSPMon to recognise the GPS module.
