I just checked, and it took my original request 19 days to get approved.
If you want to expedite the process, you can try contacting Rachel (the first author on MedleyDB) through emails. You can find her contact info on her personal website.

I have contacted Rachel, but it's been a long time and she hasn't replied to me. So I would like to ask if you could share the MedleyDB dataset with me. I will only use it for scientific research purposes, not for commercial use. If you are willing to help, I will cite your paper in my article. If you can help me, I would be very grateful.

Sadly in MedleyDB's website they write (the emphasis is sic):
"We chose to release MedleyDB under a creative commons license to allow researchers to work with the dataset without restrictive legal constraints. However, while redistribution of the data is technically allowed under this license, we ask that you do not republish the dataset[sic] in full or in part without our consent. If you have any questions, please contact Rachel Bittner at rachel (dot) bittner (at) nyu (dot) edu."
Therefore, I do not feel quite comfortable with sharing the wav files directly...
Since the dataset was also compiled by Justin Salamon, Mike Tierney, Matthias Mauch, Chris Cannam, and Juan P. Bello maybe contacting one of them could help? Also, it was done under the MARL lab and the Center for Digital Music at Queen Mary University, so maybe contacting someone there could help things?
