Speaker Client is hard coded to use 127.0.0.1 as homeseer server address

The speaker code can be modified to accept an optional IP address argument and the call in HSPI.vb changed to:
_speakerClient.Connect("default", "default", HomeSeerSystem.GetIpAddress)
