Support creation of timestamped rustDedicated log files #32
Description
Some owners/admins may want to keep a history of server log files. This could be facilitated by allowing fixed or user-configurable timestamps to be added to the log file name passed to rustDedicated on launch.
Since RLS also has archival support in order to install Carbon/Oxide updates, it may also be possible to also compress old log files to conserve disk space.
Note that it's possible for owners/admins do this externally to RLS by renaming the log files at time of server shutdown, but that's not a very user-friendly approach.
