Cross-identification using PGC numbers #271
Description
This is necessary for several reasons:
- Old HyperLeda data needs to be uploaded with the same PGC numbers for every object.
- Some catalogs are based on HyperLeda, and have PGC as their primary identifier. The discrepancy between PGC and coordinates in these catalogs also needs to be checked for as well.
This ticket also includes development of an algorithm that obtains pgc numbers from the columns.
