Co-applicant is not properly addressed on email notifications

When an email notification is sent for an application that a user is a co-applicant on, the owner of that application is addressed rather than the actual co-applicant. It would also make more sense to give the co-applicant context on the specified application, ie. "An application you're co-applicant on..."
