Cannot solve model: no CPLEX runtime found.

Hei,

I am trying to solve a transportation optimization problem(to find an optimal product-warehouse assignment). Cplex studio was installed, python Cplex api - as well. However, I keep on receiving Cannot solve model: no CPLEX runtime found error message. What can be an issue here? Many thanks in advance!!
