Document how to create and patches to the T-Tree 2.0

In order to use Pure Data patches with the T-Tree 2.0, they need to follow a certain signal flow and be put in the specific patches/ directory.

Writing documentation about this process would make patch creation more accessible.

Currently two ways to upload patches:

1. Use scp
2. Pull out microSD card and put them in a particular directory
