shiro在启动的时候总是报错，但是实在是解决不了这个问题，请详解一下

这个问题我查了好久，终于查出来了，由于之前没有这样用过不知道这个是不是问题的根源
解决办法：
pom文件中tomcat的引入scope修改为compile

org.springframework.boot
spring-boot-starter-tomcat
compile

一开始的方向不对 总是以为shiro版本问题等等，结果饶了一大圈还是没有找到
但是启动项目中还是有一点问题，先解决一下，如果有什么问题的话，再进行留言
