Plugin Change Resolution PSTV

Is it possible to create a plugin to change the resolution output of PSTV?

PS1 games only play on 720p. Everytime a PS1 game boot It change the resolution and do not change it back after exit.

I know there is a string on registry that controls the resolution (CONFIG/DISPLAY/hdmi_resolution_mode: 0 auto, 1-1080i, 2-720p and 3-480p).

Since you could compile the WIFI on/off on PSTV, I was wondering If it's possible using QuickMenuReborn.
