Describe the bug

Configuring a service which is part of the business process with a downtime and then retrieving UNKNOWN results from the service (e.g. no connection to Icinga Agent) will result in a "unknown" color and state of the business process.

To Reproduce

  1. Create a business process e.g. containing of two existing services
  2. Configure a downtime for one of the services
  3. Submit check results (usually 3 times to get hard state) for the service which is in downtime
  4. Compare the state of the business process.

Expected behavior

During a configured downtime of a service this should be ignored. The business process should not switch to unknown.
