No possibility to add technician to notification #58

Version of the plugin :
2.0.3
Version of your GLPI :
10.0.16
Steps to reproduce (which actions have you made) :
Create notification for technician in charge
Expected result :
it can be added notification for technician in change not only for example requester.
Actual result :
No recipeints on the list notification drop list technician in charge, even though it is in Task when we create, we can assign a person
