Track downloaded videos to allow organization/transcoding.

it would be fantastic if the application could track which videos have been downloaded, internally.
I like running my media through tdarr and organizing it with sonarr, which will rename it from what is currently supported, it seems that causes the application to redownload a given file.

The way it ensures videos are downloaded is by looking at the files size. So if its moved or modified itl assume it's failed and re-download it to recover.

This only happens for the latest 5 videos or so (depending on what you have your videosToSearch setting set to) though.

The best fix for this would be a setting to disable recovery of failed downloads, which would just assume that it something exists in the db but not on disk that it's done. Though this could result in missing videos in the case a download or mux fails.
