[FEATURE] Donate (bits?) for certain animations?

As I'm porting the software over to RUST as part of an university project, my teacher and a fellow student came up with the idea of using a prioritized queue for queuing the animations and maybe having incentive animations? A hugging and/or love spreading animation? Maybe the kissing one?
