Current state of Nevu Android

Hello everyone,

Some of you may have noticed the Android version of Nevu, no longer being available to download on Google Play.

This if because google has decided to suspend the app for supposed "Impersonation" with no further details. My only guess can be that they think I'm impersonating Plex just because the app has "for Plex" in the name. But logically, is a part for a car impersonating a car? And also Plex specifically allows things like this in their Trademark Guidelines:

So obviously, I made use of the "appeal" feature and gave a detailed description of my case, as well as links to the Plex guidelines.
And yet... After a month... I have yet to hear back from them. I doubt anyone has even taken the time to look at the appeal.
