Add a config for turning the menu off

I can't remove this mod since some mods I use demand this so if I make a modpack and someone downloads it they automatically download this mod as well.

It's kinda a problem cause all mods I use actually work without this but it's still set as a dependency so...

The reason I want to hide/remove this is because I have configured all mods as I want them to be, some are kinda cheaty when not configured "right" and I don't want people changing that. I get that people can change it anyway, but just having a mods choice in the menu that you click and get all the stuff to change at your fingertips make it prone to be changed by those that shouldn't even touch settings for anything.

You can, there's a config option called "Show In Game", you can only change it via the config file
