Component Preview Thumbnails & Landing Page

### Problem
It's hard to get a sense of everything that's provided by orbit.

### Request
- Add a preview.png to each component's `/doc` folder
- Include that image on build
- Display that image on the `/components` landing page similar to https://evergreen.segment.com/components/
- Clicking the preview should go to the component's documentation page
