[FR] App user <-> Contact restrictions

## Description
Please, restrict app user to see only his own contacts. This also means only the owner of the contact should see these contacts, be able to edit / remove them.


## Acceptance criteria
1. Contacts are visible only to the owner.
2. Contacts are editable only for the owner.
3. Only the owner is able to remove the contact.
