Transform matrix should not affect stroke width

If the PositionTransform in Batcher is set it affects the stroke width for lines. I think it makes more sense for that not to happen.

Hmm, this actually might really depend on your use case...

Yeah, I'm changing this.
I'll also add DrawPoint methods that is similar to FillCircle except the radius isn't transformed.
