Yield generator shouldnt create dust

It's unfortunate that the yield generator can create dust.
There should be a configuration variable for the lowest sized output created. If the change value is lower then add more inputs.

Personally, I'm using a variation of the new-yieldgen-algo so I haven't taken a close look at this PR. I believe the new algo branch does something similar though, without having looked very close at the changes yet.

That said, I do eventually look at every PR and try to learn something from it, no matter what it's future, but I am just a recent follower and a python noob. I appreciate your time and contributions, for what that's worth.

I'd ask to just be patient. There are not a lot of folks working on this project, and I don't think anyone really works on it "full-time" at this point, so additional testing, feedback, and changes take a bit of time, sometimes. It's possible other people are using your changes, but just haven't had time to submit feedback or test to their satisfaction.

This is now available in yield-generator-deluxe.py as min_output_size. I suggest this issue can be closed.
