LotroInterface "403 Forbidden" on addons feed request

I'm getting "There was a network error. You may want to check your connection" when attempting to update/refresh LOTRO plugins. I pasted the relevant log entries below. The OneLauncher client is getting a 403 when attempting to reach https://api.lotrointerface.com/fav/OneLauncher-Plugins.xml which is odd because that endpoint loads fine in my browser.

People are also having this issue with plugin compendium. See the discussion in https://www.lotrointerface.com/downloads/info663-LOTROPluginCompendium.html. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to reproduce the issue myself.

@JuneStepp This is most likely a firewall blocking the request. Sending a more natural-looking header with the GET request could help. The original request may have appeared automated to the server and triggered a block. Try adding a realistic looking chrome/firefox user agent header to the request.

The Plugin Compendium dev already tried that, and it didn't work. It's Cloudflare.
