After clicking on the certificate application, entering information, and submitting it, an incomplete certificate is stored even though the user has not yet selected the certificate signature algorithm. At this point, when the user directly views their certificate, they can see the incomplete information submitted earlier being displayed as a certificate. This is unreasonable, and attempting to download the certificate at this stage will cause a system error. A complete certificate should only be created after the user has entered all required data.
