Add global variables to model

In Fortran, some variables were "globally" available, such as those listed under "Reserved Names" in the old manual.

Some of these should be made available, in addition to a few others that I think may be relevant.
An incomplete list is below

• Time after dose
• Last dose
• Lag time
• etc

@mnneely , any thoughts on additional variables?
