Outputting predictions to text file, and graphics from pharmsol

Many months ago you helped me with a toy ode compartmental model using pharmsol. From what I can see, it seems to work well but my next step is to get it to output the predictions to a text file, as well as to a simple line graph, in real time. The pharmsol, crate is all a bit of black box to me, I need to figure out what is in it and how it works.

My model, thus far, is located at https://github.com/jamaas/jamtwopoolps if you care to have a look.

I realise you are busy, likely have many priorities. I'm happy to test and or contribute any way I can.

Thanks a bunch. I just today learned how to run your examples in Rust .... so now I'm busy copying/stealing/using your IP! Can now check your code and see how, and perhaps why you did things a certain way. You may have created a monster, will be back with questions. Again, thanks. Best, J

I just submitted a PR to your repository with the code changes to write the CSV file. I included the file as well.
As for the graphics, pharmsol does not provide any plots (yet..). But let me know if you need help to generate a figure using R.

Note that pharmsol has evolved quite a lot since you used it last (we are now at version 0.22), but to keep things simple I did not upgrade your version of the crate. Let me know if you would like to use the latest version, and I will upgrade you to that one.

Also, our code is fully open-source, under the GPL-3.0 license, so feel free to use it any way you see fit under the terms of the license. We are just happy that someone else is using the code :)
