Thanks for reporting this issue. The %s sign problem will be fixed along with the 1.21.11 full release soon. As to the issue with the link, can you confirm that you are able to see the upload page when you manuelly input http://index-li.gl.at.ply.gg:21086 into your broswer?

It seems like the link expiring issue has disappeared. However, when I create an imageframe, the URL seems to be unclickable.

I think the URL is only clickable if it is recognized as a url. Can you show a screenshot of the message in the chat?
