Possible Vertical Integration with Cenote-Taker 3

I noticed this repo, and it looks extremely useful! I've got a couple of thoughts.

1. I'm involved with the NIH's Human Virome Program, and we anticipate depositing many virus genomes into GenBank. We haven't figured out a robust solution as of yet. I don't want to speak for the larger group, but I think suvtk could be a path forward. I may ask you to do a ~15 minute virtual presentation to our bioinformatics group on this tool. Would you be interested?
2. I have a virus annotation tool Cenote-Taker 3. It generates genbank files like .tbl and .sqn. But I've been lagging to implement some final steps before submission, like suvtkcan do. Would you like me to make updates to Cenote-Taker 3 so that its outputs are conformant as suvtk inputs? If you don't think that these tools would integrate well, I understand.

Hi Mike,

I'm interested in giving a talk for your bioinformatics group, I'll send you my contact details in an email. For Cenote-Taker 3 integration, if it already provides a feature table that is basically one of the input files of suvtk so that should be fine. Is this per sequence or is it one big feature table for all input sequences (the latter is required for suvtk)? Can you maybe provide me with an output of Cenote-Taker 3 to see what other things might need to be adapted?
