Difficult to see what skills were added

Whenever you click new core competencies or position types, it's difficult to see what skills are added to the list. It's like you know something happened, but it's not really clear what actually happened.

Since the skills are alphabetically ordered there's some cognitive dissonance between what you selected up top and what is shown at the bottom

I alhapebtized the skills, but I liked your comment about adding skills to the end of the list. Unfortunately the way it is currently architeched, doing this would be kinda expensive. If we think we really need this feature I think we should add it later. Leaving this issue open for now
