Circle Skillshots (Karthus Q) is way worse since 6.8 #463
Description
About 1 month ago I hit 80% of the Q's with Karthus on Diamond 3+ mmr EUW, currently I hit around 50% with the same Assembly even though the Prediction hasn't changed nor the Assembly I used has had any changes. Can you please look into this and adjust the prediction? I talked to Zezzy and he told me that Riot changed some stuff, but he couldn't give me a rational explination.
