Update increment specification for damask simulation visualisation

Increments are defined as a list of numbers when creating vtk visualisation in the damask simulation output mapper. This should be changed to the same increment specification dict as used in the other new inputs (e.g. phase_data). The calls to the damask library may also need updating for v3a3.
