Example Matflow envs file contains config file? #33

Following the instructions on Installing MatFlow on CSF on the LightForm wiki it tells you to download a zip file containing the env and config files for MatFlow. But it looks like the env file was copy-pasted form a terminal and accidentally took too many lines - it contains the config file and the terminal command to output the env file as well as hte environment information.
