Allow sending some custom commands after connect

I'd like to send some custom commands after connect (to identify, etc.), perhaps in a flag like `--after-connect "PRIVMSG nickserv identify ..."`, but currently the only way to do that is go fully into raw mode which isn't quite what I want, since everything I want to pipe in during steady-state is just text.
