Description
Heavy armor perk - After dodging an attack, gain +x% chance to hit on your next attack. After taking a hit, gain +x% increased damage on your next attack. Requires a max average armor durability of x.
Combos nicely with the tankability of heavy armor but gives you a bonus as well when you dodge instead of taking the hit
Theme is that you trust in your armor enough to take a hit and in exchange gain an advantage over your opponent(s).
I know you don't like perks where you take hits but I think this finds a bit of a middle ground that can be effective

Gain +10 matk at full armor durability. Reduce this bonus by an equal % of your lost armor durability
