Build configuration changes: build separated target for modern Wt

Would be quite good for adding modern features (e.g. WebGl), which are currently ignored because of blacklist.
So what exactly we need to do is to change `.rockspec` to add one more target which will be built only with `Wt 3.3.6` and with code generated by `AB.py` without any blacklists.
