Extract stylistic feature #1
Description
The objective is to alleviate lh-brackets, mu-template and vim-refactor dependency on lh-tags induced by lh-dev.
=> Either move stylistic feature to yet another library plugin, or lh-vim-lib,
=> Or extract code analysis framework to another plugin
