Deprecate misspelled functions in xmlParser.py

The following functions are misspelled and should be deprecated in favor of correctly spelled functions:

• ComaSeperatedToListJson (should be CommaSeparatedToListJson -- two ms and change Sepe to Sepa)
• ComaSeperatedDataToListJson (should be CommaSeparatedDataToListJson -- same fix)
