Description
The blacklist model better because it prevents uninstalling a new apps that might be needed as Windows updates.
However, this means as new apps are added to Windows we need to quickly figure out which apps to add to the blacklist. It would be VERY handy if this script produced added to the AppXRemval.log file which apps where left behind. The idea we could cut from the log file and past into the cloud blacklist.
