Make running the bot easier #61
Description
Users that want to contribute to the bot should not feel overwhelmed to do so, it'd be nice if we could have:
- an actual docs site for automata, maybe using mdbook + github pages?
- cli 'onboarding' tool that sets up your .env for you, could even default to disabling most plugins, such as MCWhitelist / Identity / anything that touches mongo
- no mongo #35 relates to this, but isn't really required, this would likely also require a refactor of DiscordAuth to work properly, and won't be super worthwhile
