Xcode Console - CFSocketSetAddress listen failure: 102

This line
easyLink = EASYLINK.init(delegate: self)
throws CFSocketSetAddress listen failure: 102 Message in Xcode Console. Could you please help me understand the reason for this error message. Xcode Version 9.2. iOS 11
