React Native implementation

we try to create react-native project to linking with wifi useing EASYLINK_PLUS easylinkMode
it's said
linkmin[7725:123180] [libEasyLink: -[EASYLINK initForDebug:WithDelegate:]: 145] Init EasyLink v:4.2.3
and [easylink_config transmitSettings] is runing
but unlike in normal xcode project, in react react native xcode project, Network is not sending UDP
why is it?
