Moved os edited tasks vanishing, will reaper only when relaunching obsidian

I’ve been facing an issue where, every time I rename or move a note, it vanishes from my navigator, and I can’t find it even with Blink. In the standard Obsidian file folders, the note is still visible. When I relaunch Obsidian, all the notes that I renamed or moved become visible again and are in their correct folders. I’m using Windows 10, version 1.10.6.
