Support SCAD files

Hi,

I am using OpenSCAD for my 3d Models. I would like to request that SCAD files are supported in MMP. Ideally in form of a render preview but if that is not possible at least recognized as source file.

Perhaps it would generally be a good idea to allow editing the associations of the files. Say, settings in the administration that has a text field for each group (Models, Sources, ...) and the corresponding extensions pre-set in the field...

Hi,

can you look for a file named 'assetTypes.toml' in your data folder? It should be created at first run.
by adding the .scad extension to the models group and rescanning the library it should show those files in the models tab.

As for model rendering, that would be cool, but is something that I don't currently have time to look into. I would be willing to merge any PR's that implement that feature, and discuss possible implementation strategies.
